Rockstar Games launches their next big thing, Red Dead Redemption 2, pick up, but for many people they’ll be abandoning their current growing trend, Grand Theft Auto Online. Support for your ultra-profitable GTA Online continues indefinitely, but it seems the action will go over with Red Dead Redemption 2 in interesting ways.

GTA Online: The Doomsday Heist launches today, and modders have found proof of a “treasure hunt” quest within the update’s code, that can reward players using a special Red Dead Redemption gun. More interesting still, completing the GTA Online mission will even net you the weapon in Red Dead Redemption 2. Actions description of your treasure hunt has been perfectly located at the code:

“Because sometimes revenge is usually a dish best served six times, in quick succession, right between the eyes. Register for the Rockstar Games Social Club to have accessibility to the Double Action Revolver Head Shot Challenge. This concern will unlock GTA$ and an exclusive variation within the weapon in Red Dead Redemption 2.”

Check out a few of the assets uncovered, from Red Dead Network:

Could this be the fist of a lot of similar crossovers between GTA On the internet Red Dead Redemption 2? I would not attend all surprised.

As mentioned, GTA Online: The Doomsday Heist, that features a crazy new storyline, co-op heists, vehicles, weapons, including a damn jetpack, can be purchased now. Red Dead Redemption 2 is slated for that spring 2018 release on Xbox One and PS4.
